The teacher chooses an assigned student, time and duration.

The Household Owner approves or declines the request.

The teacher writes a report and can attach photo, video or audio evidence.

Confirmed
The child confirms the lesson, or the Household Owner confirms on their behalf.

Billable
Confirmed minutes determine the amount owed at the agreed hourly rate.
A logged lesson awaiting confirmation stays separate from the amount due. Unlogged or unconfirmed lessons are never quietly added to payroll.
